Hardware

The Standard Maintenance Program on PC's includes all internal parts, Keyboard, monitor and mouse. We offer free preventive maintenance on printers covered under maintenance agreement.

We offer "Customized" Maintenance to provide you with exactly the coverage you need. Coverage is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also offer a "disaster recovery" contract where we will inventory parts and/or systems exclusively for your account.

PCS Technologies has a highly trained staff of service technicians at your disposal. Whether you have a Multiple User system or a Networking system, our staff will customized a service program that is right for you. For your convenience, we offer on-site as well as carry-in maintenance plans.

Operating Systems

UNIX, LINUX, NOVELL, MICROSOFT AND SBS2000X.

Our Standard Maintenance Package offers rapid response to questions regarding UNIX, Linux, Novell, Windows and SBS2000 Operating Systems, as well as problem identification and definition.

When errors occur, we're there to help you get back up and running. We assist you in exiting programs and implementing program corrections.

We offer "Customized" Maintenance to provide support that is tailored to your needs. You can choose from "Around the Clock" coverage, "As Required" maintenance, on-site support, and automatic product updates.

They Include:

• UNIX, Linux, Novell and/or Windows and SBS2000 patches.
• Hardware patches to connect to UNIX, Linux, Novell and/or Windows and SBS2000 patches.
• Application Connectivity to network print queues.
• Application patches to work with UNIX, Linux, Novell and/or Windows and SBS2000 patches.

System Recovery includes replacing the hard drive, loading the original operating system and/or backup software as well as assisting you with restore and configuration.
